These Terms govern your use of all mobile applications published by Sentinel AI Apps, including WarrantyShield and any future applications. By accessing or using our apps, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms.

Some features of our apps require a paid subscription. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not directly handle payment card information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
Our apps are provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free. WarrantyShield is a tracking and reminder tool only. We are not responsible for any warranty claims denied, expired, or missed. Always verify warranty terms directly with manufacturers and retailers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sentinel AI Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, code, and branding within our apps are the exclusive property of Sentinel AI Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our apps without our express written permission.
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
Our apps may integrate with third-party services such as Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the apps ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the apps after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
